Programs

Preschool classes are offered for 2 year olds, 3 year olds, and 4 year olds. We provide Monday through Friday classes for all age groups. In addition, a Monday/Wednesday/Friday 1/2 day class for 3 year olds. We offer two sessions of programming: the school year (September - June) and summer camp (June - August).

Preschool instruction for 2 year old, 3 year old, and 4 year old programs is from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM. Enrichment activities include Dance in Motion, Mad Science, Starz Fitness, and Chapel. Parents are given the option for children to attend a full day or half day. Full day students may come as early as 7:00 AM and stay until 6:00 PM. Half day students may arrive no earlier than 8:00 am and leave at 12:30 pm. Hourly care is available to half day students who need occasional extended care if space and staffing permits.

After school care is offered for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade who attend Chittum Elementary, Western Branch Primary, and Western Branch Intermediate.

Two Year Olds

Our two year old program follows the WEE Learn Curriculum and is play based and encourages children to learn through exploration.

Three Year Olds

Our three year old program follows the WEE Learn Curriculum and is play based and encourages children to learn through hands-on experiences. Handwriting Without Tears is used to help children get familiar with letters and gain the pre-writing skill needed for handwriting.

Four Year Olds

Our four year old program is a stepping-stone to Kindergarten. It is a theme-based curriculum, which gives children an academic foundation to build upon. We follow the Scholastic Big Day for Pre-K Curriculum. Handwriting Without Tears is used to help children develop their handwriting skills.

School Age

Our school age program offers students a friendly and safe place for children to come together after school to work on homework, play, and build lasting friendships, Our school aligns with the Chesapeake school calendar and offers full day programming during teacher work days. Pre-registration is required for teacher work days and limited space is available. We serve Chittum Elementary, Western Branch Primary, and Western Branch Intermediate.
